Actual Customer Feedback: "I read your book after Christmas and have not looked back. I have not put on weight and I never smoked that last cigarette, because I couldn't face it and still can't! - Is that how it works??? Your psychological approach is remarkably effective". Comment by an actual customer I have to be honest and say that when I read this book I was not all that impressed. The author seems to believe that smoking is a simple learned habit and can easily be unlearned. He does not appear to really understand or address the matter of addiction. His approach may work for some people, especially those smokers who are not really addicted...the ones who just have a smoke in certain social occasions. The good thing about this book was the 60 day refund so I got my money back. |
